Each week builds on the last with intention, accountability, and tools you’ll use for life. Week 1
Rest & Recovery
“If your body isn’t rested, it cannot heal. If your mind isn’t still, it cannot see.”
We begin by restoring the most essential, often neglected system: your sleep.
This week, you’ll learn how nervous system dysregulation caused by chronic stress, overthinking, blue light, and caffeine, is keeping you stuck in fatigue, even if you think you’re sleeping “enough.”
We will explore: Evening breathwork, practices to improve melatonin flow and body clock rhythm, rituals to clear your day energetically before bed.
What you may notice: deeper rest, vivid dreams, emotional release, or mental clarity in the mornings.
This week lays the foundation for everything that follows.

Week 2
Food & Nourishment
“You are not just what you eat. You are how you digest, absorb, and relate to food.”
This week, we bring consciousness to your nutrition and energy flow. Together, we explore how modern food patterns impact your brain, emotions, and spiritual clarity. You’ll learn what elevates or dulls your energy and how to eat in a way that honors your body’s wisdom.
We will explore: Foods that reduce inflammation, fog, and anxiety, when and how to eat for energy and balance, practices to shift from unconscious eating to intuitive nourishment.
What you may notice: lighter digestion, better moods, fewer crashes, increased sensitivity and connection to your body

Week 3
Breathworks
"The breath is the bridge between body and mind. And when you learn to guide you reset everything."
This week, we dive into the power of breath to regulate your nervous system, manage anxiety, and access expanded states of awareness.
Breath becomes your anchor, something you always have, but rarely use consciously.
We will explore: Breath techniques, breaking shallow breath habits and increasing lung-brain connection and create a daily breath ritual that actually sticks
What you may notice: improved focus, fewer emotional spikes, more calm during triggers, and even subtle euphoric states during practice

Week 4
Emotional Alchemy
“You don’t have to fight your emotions. You can feel them, understand them and free them.”
This week is about emotional resilience and energetic healing. Most people carry unprocessed emotions in their body stored as tension, fatigue, anxiety, or overreaction. We use breath, movement, and presence to help you safely meet, feel, and transmute these energies.
We will explore: Somatic awareness and emotional body scanning, breath-based emotional release techniques, mindful movement for energy flow.
What you may notice: emotional lightness, cathartic release, unexpected tears or laughter, or a deeper sense of safety in your own body.

Week 5
Clarity & Visioning
“When the mind is calm, the heart speaks. When the vision is clear, the path appears.”
Now that your body is rested and your system is reset, we turn inward to explore your deeper purpose and direction.
This is about clarity not productivity. You’ll learn to use meditation, breath, and visualization to reconnect to your values and imagine your life aligned with them.
We will explore: Guided visualization for personal + professional clarity, vision boards, energy practices to align action with purpose, releasing old goals that no longer serve you.
What you may notice: new ideas, a strong sense of “inner knowing,” creative energy, or a re-alignment of your current goals.

Week 6
Integration & Empowerment
“The goal is not to escape life. The goal is to live it centered, awake, and empowered.”
This week, we pull everything together. You’ll build your personal daily practice not one that overwhelms, but one that works.
We reflect on your progress, uncover the new identity forming within you, and set sustainable practices to carry forward.
We will explore: Designing your personal morning or evening rhythm, how to use breath, food, rest, and awareness in your everyday routine, creating reminders, rituals, and resets for the real world, how to sustain momentum without self-pressure.
What you may notice: confidence in your new rhythm, gratitude for your progress, and clarity on your next chapter.
