Everything you need to know about Breathworks.

Do I need any prior experience to join this course?
Not at all. This course is designed for everyone — beginners and experienced alike. Whether you're new to breathwork or already familiar with meditation or yoga, you’ll find practices that meet you where you are.
How much time do I need each day?
You’ll need about 35–45 minutes per day —
~20–25 minutes to watch the daily lesson
~15–20 minutes to do the guided practice
You can always break it up, and revisit lessons at your own pace.
What if I miss a day?
No worries — life happens! You’ll have access to the sessions so you can catch up when you’re ready. But we recommend following the daily rhythm if you can, to build momentum and experience the full benefit.
When is the best time to practice?
The morning is ideal — when your body and mind are fresh.
But any time that fits into your routine works. Just make sure:
- You haven’t eaten a heavy meal (wait 1 hour after a light meal, 2 after a heavy one)
- Your stomach feels light and your body relaxed
We also include a calming breath each night to help you wind down before bed.
Are the practices safe?
Yes — all the techniques taught are gentle and safe for most people. That said, if you have any serious medical or respiratory conditions, it's a good idea to check with your doctor first.
You’ll also be reminded never to force or push — breathwork is about listening to your body, not overriding it.
What kind of results can I expect?
Most participants report:
