About AzenMynd
Arvind — known by many as AJ, and teaching under the name Azen Mynd — is a meditation teacher, spiritual guide, and lifelong seeker committed to helping people move from stress to stillness and awaken the healing intelligence already within them.
Born with a deep sensitivity to the world and a quiet, introspective nature, AJ grew up shy and observant. Like many, he felt the pressure to keep up with the noise and pace of life — but found his refuge in meditation. His first teacher was his mother, who taught him how to sit in silence when he was just 9 years old. That early experience planted the seed for a lifelong journey inward.
Over the years, AJ immersed himself in diverse spiritual lineages and practices — including Buddhist Vipassana meditation during 10-day silent retreats, Vedic and yogic teachings, neuroscience-based practices from Dr. Joe Dispenza and the Silva Method, energy consciousness studies through the Monroe Institute, and a certified RYT-200 Yoga Teacher Training. These weren’t just teachings he studied — they were truths he lived.
Through this path, AJ came to a profound realization: true healing doesn’t come from information, it comes from embodiment.
It isn’t enough to know what stress is — we must learn to feel it, recognize its subtle signs in the body, and work with it before it becomes suffering.
My Mission
My mission is to help people shift from the noise of the mind to the wisdom of the body — cultivating stillness, presence, and emotional clarity as a way of life.
Through consistent and simple daily practices, I guide others to recognize stress before it becomes suffering, to reconnect with the breath, and to live in their body where joy, peace, and truth naturally arise.
This isn’t about escaping life — it’s about entering it fully, with awareness.
You don’t need robes, retreats, or rituals to heal.
You just need breath, stillness, and a teacher who walks beside you.
Whether it’s through free community offerings like Stillness Saturdays, Healing Tuesdays, and Sunday Flows, or through his meditation journals, audio journeys, and transformational coaching, AJ meets people exactly where they are — and gently shows them where they can go.
“I don’t want you to believe what I say — I want you to feel what you are.”
